The 4th AFCC Congress theme is "Integrating Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine in Evidence Based P4 Medicine". The scientific programme includes 3 workshops and the main congress from 25th to 30th April 2015.
ZACB has organised the Point of Care Testing "Hands on' Practicals with the support of the Australasian Association of Clinical Biochemistry (AACB) and the diagnostic industry.
The Congress offers delegates five plenary lectures from outstanding AFCC experts on the following topics: P4 Medicine; Omics in the Clinical Setting; Automation in Clinical Laboratories; Renal Medicine; and Changes Required in Laboratory Medicine for Better and Economic Health Care. There will also be 7 symposia covering a range of stimulating topics.
Participants from 4 IFCC Federations, Arab Federation of Clinical Biology (AFCB), AFCC, Asian-Pacific Federation for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine (APFCB) and European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM), have contributed high quality scientific abstracts.
